Adrift Adventures is proud to be teaming up with Colorado Art Ranch, offering an amazing 4-Day whitewater rafting adventure on the Green River in Dinosaur National Monument.
The Green River, Gates of Lodore rafting expedition travels 44 miles in the heart of Dinosaur National Monument. Your trip begins with the Gates soaring over 2,200 feet within the first two miles. You then meander through three separate canyons before exiting at Split Mountain. During the trip, you encounter over 20 beginner to intermediate level rapids, suitable for kids as young as 7 years.
Dinosaur National Monument is home to Freemont, Ute and Shoshone Indian history. Native American rock art and petroglyphs are abundant in the area and can be seen from many day hikes along the way. Dinosaur National Monument is also a wonderful place for viewing nearly 23 different geological formations, so don’t forget to look up and around during your 4-day exploration of the park.
The action, excitement, geology and history of the Green River will capture you as you experience the river alongside your guest speaker from Colorado Art Ranch.
This is an outdoor expedition trip, so be prepared to camp remotely riverside for 3 wonderful nights. All meals are catered for you, allowing time for exploration and relaxation at camp and river stops during the day.
